Appointed by Prudential Property Investment Managers (Pru PIM), Silcock Dawson is to provide full design services for the refurbishment and extension of a mixed use, 2500m2, retail and office development in Poland Street, situated in London’s West End.

Following the client’s Sustainable Development Framework, this development will be assessed by Silcock Dawson under the BREEAM scheme, a minimum standard of ’very good’ is targeted.

The services design will be sympathetic to the building’s low ceilings and the layout carefully co-ordinated to ensure the client’s aspirations for the development are achieved.
