Unlocking a pivotal piece of the Wandsworth town centre regeneration plan, this scheme delivers 416 new homes including 340 apartments for private sale, 60,000 sq.ft. of commercial office and 10,000 sq. ft. retail space. The offices are occupied by Workspace.

Developed by Mount Anvil, the project comprises a collection of five contemporary buildings including two magnificent towers blending with traditional street-facing properties and forging new pedestrian links through the up-and-coming town centre.

Silcock Dawson were appointed as building services consulting engineers providing a full design service together the energy, Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM consultancy services.

The whole site is served from a central energy centre by a CHP and gas fired boilers providing heat via a district heating system.
