This project brief is to convert an industrial building into 56 high quality apartments.
Previously used as office facilities, this elegant Edwardian building with its high ceilings, large arched windows and grand central staircase will now be restored and converted into prestigious new residences with a luxurious look and feel.
This project is part of the major Goodmans Field development by Berkeley Homes which when complete will comprise a selection of high quality studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as retail and commercial space, student accommodation and a hotel.
Residents will benefit from a 24-hour concierge, health centre, pool, gym and stunning landscaping including a new public park and plaza.
