New multi-million pound regeneration project in the heart of Harrow, providing 318 homes and a rejuvenated town centre.

In addition to the 318 new homes, the development, which is adjacent to Harrow-on-the Hill Tube station, will deliver prime retail space, a public square and a 1450 sq.m central public library which will provide a new civic focus in Harrow and provide new facilities for adults and children, plus space for business incubation and education areas.

The development is served from a central energy centre with a CHP and a district heating system.

Silcock Dawson provided a full Design service for the MEP services together with a BREEAM Assessment for the non residential properties.
