The project includes the refurbishment of the Lower Ground Floor and provision of two new build blocks to provide research and laboratory space for the integration of the existing Faculty of Engineering.

Silcock Dawson are commissioned to carried out the design and co-ordination of M&E services installations which included all HVAC and Electrical systems, hydraulic oil ring mains systems, compressed air and vacuum systems, fume cupboards, medical gases, purified water systems, cold rooms, CAT 5e data installations and a full BEMS, together with the organisation and supervision of an asbestos survey and removal contract.
