Silcock Dawson have been appointed as the Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultant to undertake design services on Phase 2 through to Phase 6 of the GRIID (Genetics, Rheumatology, Immunology, Infection and Dermatology) to develop a Network Hub at Guy's Hospital for Chronic Inflammatory and Allergic Diseases.

This is a complex and multifaceted relocation project, which not only involves refurbishment and renovation of multiple locations in a phased fashion, but also services relocation in a phased fashion, combined with services transformation and change including the implementation of new technologies and workforce changes.

The scope of GRIID's new Network Hub covers major reconfiguration through to minor refurbishment works at:

» 8th Floor Borough Wing

» Provision of accommodation for Ear, Nose & Throat
