Riversides are increasingly popular locations for offices, residential and leisure developments. Our involvement in the complete refurbishment of one of Bristol’s finest office buildings alongside a major stretch of the city’s famous waterway included five floors of office accommodation with client meeting suites, conference facilities, staff canteen and basement car park.

The existing office building was transformed to create 8,000 sq ft of luxurious up-to-date modern space for the company’s 600 employees to be based in Bristol, and provided a focus for its expanding legal business.

On completion, client Bevan Brittan located its new £12 million headquarters in the redevelopment.
