The Royal Exchange development at Ashdown Road Kingston consisted of a car park and existing buildings which included the old Grade II Listed Post Office and Telephone Exchange situated south east of the Town Centre.

The new development, when complete, will be a high quality mixed use development which will comprise 338 No. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, together with undercroft parking, plant space and ancillary areas.

The former Post Office and former Telephone Exchange are to be refurbished to provide 2136 sq.m. of retail/café/restaurant use, 931 sq.m. of offices and 638 sq.m. of flexible floor space.
