Further Education College consisting of three self-contained buildings with over 8,700 sq.m. of accommodation incorporating a dedicated faculty for pupils aged 16 - 19 with special needs. The buildings include:

» The Glyne Gap Faculty: The Glyne Gap Faculty is the provision for 16 - 19 year old students from Glyne Gap School. The school caters for pupils and students with severe and profound learning difficulties. The Faculty is situated in the heart of the Bexhill Further Education College located on the wing of the ground floor.

» Three storey Teaching Facility comprising of an IT Training Resource Centre, TV/Sound Studios, and Biology/Chemistry Laboratories.

» Sports facility includes a multi-purpose Sports Hall, 4 Court Sports Hall & Fitness Laboratory, Dance and Aerobic Studios.

» Refectory building, including full Kitchen and Catering equipment.

The design philosophy for this project was for a low energy, low maintenance, and facility using total building design integration. Space heating has been provided to all areas by means of embedded floor coils served with low temperature LPHW. Two traction lifts and two vertical platform lifts were also provided.
