The Forum Solent Business Park has consent for 600,000 sq.ft. of accommodation comprising of new high profile buildings offering flexible office accommodation within a mature landscaped environment.

Striking glass and metal cladding encloses flexible, open plan, office space and all the buildings overlook the central parkland and a lake.

Extensive computer modelling was carried out on these predominantly glass buildings to demonstrate compliance with Part L2 of the Building Regulations using the Carbon Emission method.
