75,000 sq.ft. Office and Retail Development incorporating 38,000 sq.ft. of offices and 37,000 sq.ft. of retail accommodation. Category A fit-out to office accommodation, including full air conditioning using 4-pipe fan coil system, high quality lighting installation of both general and feature lighting including lighting to the facade.
Ancillary systems include video door access, disabled alarm and analogue addressable fire alarm system.
Lift installation comprising 4 high quality passenger lifts to the Offices and 1 goods lift for the Retail accommodation.
Plant space and power allowances have been incorporated within the design for the Retail accommodation.
The contract also includes the redevelopment of 2-3 Woodstock Street to provide additional Office accommodation over 4 floors.
