Silcock Dawson were appointed to undertake the building services design for a new swimming pool building located adjacent to an existing Leisure Centre which was extended and refurbished as part of the new development works.

The project includes a new 25 metre 6 lane swimming pool with changing village and alterations to existing leisure centre to create new entrance and enlarged foyer with spectator seating, larger fitness gym and a new multipurpose room.
