This 85,000sq.ft retail store was built on the site of an old large distribution centre in Hayes. Silcock Dawson & Partners provided building engineering and energy services from inception, through planning, design and construction. 1000sq.m of PV panels are installed on the roof of the store generating 140kWp of electricity to meet the Planning Authority's carbon reduction requirements. The other sustainability features included a rain water harvesting system providing water for the landscape irrigation system.

The development achieved a Very Good BREEAM rating.
