Quakers Friars at Cabot Circus is a million-sq ft city centre retail and leisure destination and has been developed by the Bristol Alliance partners Land Securities and Hammerson.

The new landmark anchor store for Harvey Nichols (6th UK store) in the shopping district at Quakers Friars is the centrepiece of a new European style piazza featuring apartments, shops, restaurants and cafes.

The 35,000 sq ft (3,252 sq m) store comprised of Womenswear, Menswear, Cosmetics, Treatment Rooms, Restaurant, Bar and Back of House facilities.

Building services within such a high profile fashion store required a high level of design and detail to ensure the goal to create a stylish and glamorous environment was achieved both visually and environmentally.

Silcock Dawson duties involved enhanced performance design with extensive site supervision.
