This prestigious development was created on the site of the former headquarters of the Leeds Permanent Building Society and incorporated the re-use and restoration of two major Listed Buildings. In total there is some 320,000 sq.ft. of Retail and Leisure floor space.

The scheme comprised of a 4 Star Hotel run by Radisson SAS Hotels and include adjoining integrated Retail and Leisure areas spread over four floors and anchored by a 13 Screen Cinema Multiplex with 3,000 seats.

The facilities include a variety of Restaurants and a Health & Spa Centre with integral Swimming Pool.

The development is served with three levels of ’Secure by Design’ underground Car Parking incorporating Digital CCTV, Help Point alarm system, Traffic Control system and a sophisticated Fire and CO detection system.

The Management Centre also provides linked/controlled systems for the Shop Alert Security Monitoring system for all Tenants, Fire Alarm system control to all Tenants and Landlord areas, zoned and timed output control of Facade Lighting for both internal features and external areas.
