Silcock Dawson have been appointed by Grainger to provide full MEP consultancy services including Energy and BREEAM for delivering 300 private rented sector apartments, GP Surgery, Pharmacy and commercial units.
The whole development will be connected to a new site wide energy centre with gas fire boilers and air source heat pumps meeting the latest London Plan energy policies and the new GLA Energy Assessment.
