Design work is well underway for the next phase of this luxury residential development for St. Edward Homes.

Phase 2 comprises over 400 luxury apartments in six blocks over a common basement together with an Extra Care unit, two Leisure Suites including a swimming pool, gym and studios.

Silcock Dawson are providing a full design service for the MEP systems which includes cooling from a central chiller plant and a site wide heating system.
