'The Quad', Alumno's newest development in Norwich, is a mixed use and modern new-build development in a prominent city centre site.

Having recently opened the All Saints Green student accommodation for the Norwich University of Arts, Alumno are providing more good quality student residencies for the growing and diverse student body in this vibrant regional city.

The development provides 244 student bedrooms and facilities in a series of buildings ranging from 8 to 13 storeys above mixed-use ground floor, which are designed to complement and fit in with the surrounding built environment including Aviva's offices.

Silcock Dawson were involved throughout the planning, design and construction of this prestigious project.
