This 5100m2 warehouse and 940m2 office building was developed by KBC Asset Management for a leading furniture designer, Bentley Design.

Silcock Dawson were appointed to provide a full mechanical and electrical design and construction stage consultancy service for the project in collaboration with Architects McCurdy Russell and Project Manager Northcroft’s.

In response to the Local Authority's planning requirement to provide 10 percent of the development’s energy from on-site renewables, Silcock Dawson Energy & Sustainable Design Group carried out a study which recommended the provision of a 20kW wind turbine.

A Westwind 20 wind turbine was provided with a predicted annual energy saving of 33MWh.
