Planning has very recently been granted to Alumno Group for the redevelopment of 78-89 Alscot Road in Bermondsey to provide 143 student bedrooms, arranged in clusters, and communal spaces.

Silcock Dawson are appointed to provide a 2016 London Plan compliant MEPH design.
