Pablo Fanque House is Alumno Group's newest development in Norwich following on from the success of the All Saint's Green student accommodation for the Norwich University of Arts.

The development provides 244 student bedrooms, consisting chiefly of self-contained cluster flats complete with en-suites and access to shared kitchen and lounge areas, and a small number of self-contained studios. The ground floor includes flexible office space, and the top floor is capped with a stunning common room with fantastic views over Norwich.

The building is served by a gas-fired CHP and twin modular condensing boilers for low temperature hot water generation, ensuring the building meets the Norwich City Council Planning Policy for CO2 reduction.

The construction was completed and handed over in September 2018, and the Architect (Carson & Partners) were pleased to announce that Pablo Fanque House was shortlisted for the 2019 National Housing Design Awards.

Silcock Dawson were involved at the project outset, through planning, design and the building's construction.
