The popularity of business parks continues and, given its credentials in this area, it is no suprise that Silcock Dawson has been commissioned to support a phased development within Broadland Business Park, Norwich.

In particular, the firm will be providing a scheme design and assisting its client KBC Assett Management after gaining planning permission for a new 2800 m2 office building.

Whilst the design not only meets the requirements of the British Council of Offices for an air conditioned development, it will also incorporate a high level of flexibility to accommodate numerous multi-tenant arrangements.

Currently being assessed by the BRE under its BREEAM scheme, Silcock Dawson is looking to achieve a minimum ’very good’ rating.

Broadland Business Park covers over 45 acres of development opportunity. Existing occupiers include Whitbread, Makro, British Telecom, Norwich Union and Royal Bank of Scotland.
